As of 1 January 2026, the RENA project team is joined by an external project collaborator, doctoral researcher Laila Šprajc. Ms Šprajc is an expert in the Hebrew language, as well as Jewish history, culture, and art. Her research interests include the history and contemporary life of Jews in Croatia, with a particular focus on the Hebrew language, its teaching in schools, translation from Hebrew, and other historical and cultural topics relevant to the Jewish national minority. The RENA project team looks forward to future collaboration with Ms Šprajc.
